On Friday the 17th the best buddies students dressed in tuxes and pretty dresses for the annual Best Buddies Banquet. This is a banquet for students who are a part of the club.
“We host this banquet as a celebration for the end of the year. We invited Munster to celebrate with us because they have a more established chapter and we’d like to collaborate more with them in the future,” Noah Sarkey (11), Vice President, said.
Students enjoyed a night filled with music, dancing and food.
“We hired a DJ, catered from Stracks, had a photographer and gave away cups that were left over from Prom,” Sarkey said.
The members of Best Buddies had a great time. The banquet turned out to be an uplifting ending to a successful year for the club.
“Everyone had a really great time. We ended the year on a high note and are ready to start the new year off on the right foot,” Sarkey said.
