Classic holiday cookie recipe

These peanut butter and hershey kiss cookies are filled with holiday spirit. Hershey kisses add just enough sweetness to share with friends and family.

With the holidays quickly approaching, holiday spirit comes alive and people feel the need to give. A great idea would be to bring a batch of cookies over to your neighbors house to show that you appreciate them. Follow this recipe and you will be making you and your neighbors smile.

Hershey Kiss Cookies

Time to make: about 25 minutes

Ingredients needed:

1 ¾ cup flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon salt

½ cup brown sugar

½ cup sugar

1 stick margarine

½ cup peanut butter

1 egg

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 bag of Hershey Kisses

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
  2. Mix the all of the ingredients together into a large bowl.
  3. Once the dough is completely mixed, roll the dough into small balls.
  4. Once the balls are rounded out, roll them into sugar and put them on a greased baking sheet.
  5. Place the baking sheet into the oven for 8 minutes.
  6. Take them out and gently press the hershey kiss into the balls and place back into the oven for 5 minutes
  7. When done, take the sheet out and put it on the cooling rack.
  8. Eat your cookies with a friend and enjoy!
