This year Katy Perry performed for the Super Bowl Halftime Show.

Perry first opened with “Roar” arriving on a huge metal lion and closed with “Firework” flying across the stadium on a huge lit shooting star.

During Perry’s performance, she featured artists Lenny Kravitz and Missy Elliott.

In comparison to last year, Perry’s performance was not up to par. Her costumes were a little ridiculous and the sets did not make sense. Bruno Mars, on the other hand, put on a better show. His songs flowed better and his stagecraft was amazing.

The best part of Perry’s performance was when Missy Elliott performed her own songs making me wish that Elliott was the star performing.

Overall, Katy Perry’s performance was not a personal favorite.
