Q&A: Cody Schultz (12)

Cody Schultz is a senior at Lake Central and played football throughout his high school career. He has plans to go to college for Criminal Justice, but has yet to decide from two colleges.

Q: What has been your favorite part of senior year so far?

A: “[My favorite part was] playing football and coming closer with all my teammates. [I played]freshman year, [then I played] JV sophomore [year]. Junior year I played both, and senior year I played varsity.”

Q: What are you looking forward to in the next year?

A:  “[I am looking forward to] going to college and meeting a bunch of new people there.”

Q: Where do you see yourself in five years?

A: “[I’ll] probably have an internship or something trying to get my career started.”

Q: Where do you plan on going to college? Do you plan on going to college?

A:“There is two schools I am looking at — one in Wisconsin called Carthage College or another one, Manchester University.”

Q: What would you like to major in?

A: “I want to major in Criminal Justice.”

Q: What have you enjoyed most about high school?

A: “[I have enjoyed] all the good times I have had with my friends and making new ones.”

Q: What will you miss most about high school?

A: “[I will miss] not seeing some of the teachers that I have got close with.”

Q: What advice would you give to incoming freshmen?

A: “Be open to new things and be yourself.”
