Q: What got you interested in health and weight lifting?

A: I quit playing travel volleyball, so I started going to the gym more. I started off at Charter Fitness, but now I work out at Omni Health Center because they offer a student discount.

Q: What type of working out did you start off with?

A: I first started off lifting heavy and gaining weight because I was doing the weightlifting competition at Lake Central. Now that summer is coming up, I am starting to cut weight.

Q: What is your favorite type of work out to do?

A: Toning up my legs is always my favorite go-to workout.

Q: What would you tell people who are just starting to work out?

A: Working out gives you such a better feeling. You just naturally feel better about yourself. The adrenaline rush that you get from a good workout is unlike anything else.
