Q:How many honors or AP classes are you involved in?

A: I am in honors English, Math, AP US History and ACP Chemistry.

Q: How long does it take you to do homework?

A: It usually takes me two and a half hours, three at most.

Q: How long is a typical practice?

A: [Practices are] usually one and a half hours, but we stay after school, so that takes up time too. Practice starts around 3 and it goes to 4:30.

Q: What time do you usually get to bed?

A: I usually try to head to bed around 10:30 PM.

Q; Do you find the new resource period helpful? Do you get a lot done?

A: Yes, [the resource period] is helpful, and I get a lot done.

Q: Do you find yourself getting stressed because of your schedule?

A: Yes, basically everyday I have a meltdown, it’s sad.

Q: Do you ever not finish important assignments on time?

A: No, I’ll usually stay up late until I get it done.

Q: How stressful are finals weeks?

A: It’s the worst, but it’s not because of soccer, because we’re usually off during finals week. I usually get a lot of homework, too, like studying and study guides.

Q:How often does it happen where you have nothing going on? (No homework or practice)

A: It’s super rare, I’m really busy.

Q: Do you regret taking honors classes, or do you like the challenge?

A: It’s stressful at the time, but I’ll usually try to find help. I [take the classes] for the credits since it looks good to colleges.
