Last Saturday, old members of the hockey team came back to compete against each other in the Alumni Game, where they all either wore a blue or white LC uniform, and from there, the blue team and the white team played against each other.The game consisted of two 35-minute periods, with a 10 minute break in between.
“[Competing and playing] is a lot harder than it used to be. I’m old now,” Chris Philbin (‘06) said.
During halftime, the alumni players milled out of the rink and some went to the water fountain, while others mingled with each other or went to the locker room.
“Two of my teammates [from high school] are actually over there at the water fountain. We never stopped hanging out. It’s fun to come back out and play again,” Philbin said.
