Q:  Why did you move to America?

A:  Because of my dad’s work.

Q:  What happened with his work so that you had to move here?

A:  He got a promotion.

Q:  Who did you move here with?

A:  My three brothers and my parents.

Q:  How long have you been here?

A:  One and a half years.

Q:  How do you like it here?

A:  I don’t like it. I don’t have a lot of friends here. I don’t like school, I don’t like anything.

Q:  Does your family like it here?

A:  No, I don’t think so.

Q:  Do you like you classes? How are they different than what you had in Germany?

A:  I like my classes, but school is too long. [In Germany] it’s from 8:15 to 1:20.

Q:  Are there any specific things that you like here that they don’t have in Germany?

A:  I play video games all day, that’s what I like.

Q:  What do you miss in Germany?

A:  “I like going to the movies and hanging out with friends.

Q:  If you could change it, where would you move instead?

A:  I think New York.
