The first annual winter pep rally was held in the gymnasium on Tuesday, Jan. 31, during Pathways to Excellence class. Events included recognition of all winter sports teams, a karaoke sing-off between grades, a basketball game between the West Lake All-Stars and a student-staff basketball game. Hosted by Caleb Beasley (12) and Douglas DeVries (12), the pep rally gave students a break from class and a chance to recognize a few of the many talented students within the school.
