On Tuesday May 8, the varsity softball team went head to head with the Valparaiso Vikings. The team played a great game finishing strong with a final score of 10-0.
“I think it was a really good win because every single one of us contributed to the win last night,” Alexa Sherlund (11) said.
The girls are putting in very hard work and getting ready for the DAC. By the looks of it, it seems like the Indians are having a great season.
“I think we are going to do big things this season. The season is going to continue to get better throughout the season. I think as a team we just have to work on staying positive after making mistakes,” Olivia Peterson (11) said.
The girls had great communication and cheered and supported each other throughout the whole game. They worked together as a team to strongly defeat the Vikings.
