The first animated Spider-Man, “Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse”, was released on Dec. 14, 2018. Miles Morales, who is voiced by Shameik Moore, was bitten by a radioactive spider in a Brooklyn subway. After being bit, Morales developes odd powers he cannot control. He goes back to find the spider and runs into the real Spider-Man and watches him die. A portal is opened and all the different versions of Spider-Man are stuck in Miles version of Brooklyn unless he opens the portal to let them back in and then destroys the machine. Miles and the other Spider-Men and women fight against the villains.

This action packed movie is full of twists and turns that have you sitting on the edge of your seat the whole time. The soundtrack one to for sure listen to with popular artists such as Post Malone, Juice WRLD, Lil Wayne and Nicki Minaj.

Overall, this was a movie not to miss. With a rating of 97% on Rotten Tomatoes and making over $303.1 million in the box office, Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse was a great movie for all ages.
