On Saturday, April 6, students from Lake Central and Munster High Schools celebrated Indian-American culture at HUM Night at the Indian American Cultural Center of Northwest Indiana in Merrillville, Ind. Members of the HUM organization shared Indian music, dance and food, and also discussed what living as both Indian and American meant to them.
