The Varsity Boys Soccer team conquered the Michigan City Wolves in their game with a final score of 3-1. Throughout the game, the boys put in a lot of effort, strength, and determination. The boys played at home, bringing honor to the LC field.
Joshua Crague (12) scored two goals and Justin Luna (12) scored another, bringing the final score to 3-1.
“Every time they go out on the field they become a better team,” Coach Jereme Rainwater said.
Coach Rainwater thinks the boys have done fairly well this season.
When asked about how the team is going to do this year, Adam VanMilligan (12) said, “Better than expected.”
“We felt like we need to show everybody what we’re made of,” Anthony Doreski (9) said. “We need to make an impact.”
The varsity team’s next game is Wednesday, August 29th, at home at 5 p.m. against Portage High School.
