Lake Central is offering some new and exciting courses for the 2021-22 school year. From students considering a career in the medical field, to others who prefer art classes; there is something for everyone.

   Medical Interventions is a new class that Lake Central is offering for the 2021-22 school year. This class covers a variety of topics including gene therapy, pharmacology, surgery, prosthetics, rehabilitation, and supportive care.

   AP Research is another new course that follows AP Seminar. This class teaches students to think critically and to thoroughly research a topic; and at the end of the course, students will write a 4000 to 5000 word essay and create an oral presentation on their year-long research topic.
