The varsity boys soccer team won a close match against the Valparaiso Vikings with a score of 2 to 1. Jake Mizrachi (12) scored both goals for Lake Central. Even though the Vikings put up a fight, they were no match for the Indians.
“I believe our team could make a good run this season in state, so I am hoping we can turn our season around. We had a rough start, but I think we can continue to get better. Even win the state championship,” Troy Howell (12) said.
