Lake Central students teamed up against each other at the Lake Hills Family Center Dodgeball Tournament on Friday, Feb. 22.
“I do the tournament every year. This year, my team came in dead last. Don’t worry though, we’ll do better next year,” Mitchell Oskam (11) said.
Along with dodgeball, games such as table tennis, Xbox and box hockey were available for participants to play while waiting for their team to be called down to the gym floor. Lake Hills also provided hot dogs, nachos and snacks for dinner.
“We [The Blueberries] won this year and last year, and next year we’re coming back for a 3-peat,” Patrick Delis (11) said.
Lake Hills holds the tournament every year, and the winners receive a pizza party.
