The Lake Central Indians started off strong with a touchdown made by #20 Brandon Scott (9) in the first quarter. The Indians continued with the lead until the fourth quarter when Portage tied the game, with a score of 14-14.
“When it came to overtime we tried our hardest,” Victor Bolivar(9) said. ” [The highlight of the game was] Attwan Davis’ catch in over time.”
“We really picked it up in overtime. We realized we really had to win since it was a DAC team,” said Cody Shultz (9).
Attwan Davis’ catch in over time scored a touchdown worth 6 points, leading the Indians to another win.
