From eggs and pancakes to burgers and chicken, The Omelette House is a great place to take your friends and family.
The Tsiakopoulos family owns the restaurant, and their kids, who work there, are students at LC.
“My dad’s been in the restaurant business all his life. My mom’s been in the business for about 30 years,” Haralambos Tsiakopoulos (12) said.
Located down the street from LC at 1910 U.S. 41, The Omelette House is conveniently located for students and faculty to stop by before or after school.
“Everyone was talking about it, so I wanted to try it out. I tasted a little piece of heaven,” Daniel Paschen (12) said.
The Omelette House is open everyday from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m.
“The atmosphere is very comfortable, and they treat you like family,” Brittany Smith (12) said.
On November 8, 2011, they will be celebrating their one year anniversary of the restaurant’s opening.
