N-teens club members met in the LGI on Jan. 12 and discussed ways to get hours.
“We are discussing what we are doing for Winter Formal and we are planning [the setup],” Kelani Benson (10) said.
Many N-teens members signed up to set up for the dance coming up on Saturday, Jan. 23.
“I’m setting up for Winter Formal the day of. I think it will be fun to set everything up and see the end product,” Anni Rajput (10) said.
Other volunteer opportunities are still available to the club members. One of those choices is a chinchilla rescue.
“It’s been an annual thing for N-teens where they go to a chinchilla rescue, and they help feed and [give] water [to] animals and clean the cages and give them toys and stuff like that,” Melicah Rodriguez (10) said.
The next meeting will be on Jan. 26 in the LGI.
