The girls freshman basketball team lost a hard-fought game on Dec. 10. At the end of the first quarter, Lake Central was winning by two points, but by halftime the game was tied 13-13. Their opponent, Highland, was winning by one point in the last quarter. It came down to the last second of the game ,and even though the Indians fought hard, they missed their last shot, losing the game with a close score of 20-21.
