The game started at 7 p.m. in the main gym. The boys persevered throughout the game and kept a strong defense until the end.
“I really liked our intensity on defence. I thought we played pretty well. We had a little let down in the second quarter, but we came out of halftime and finished the game strong,” Coach Tim Horan said.
The boys have their next game against Valparaiso on Jan. 20. According to Coach Horan, Valparaiso is big competitor for the team.
“It doesn’t get any easier. We just have to be ready to go every night,” Horan said.
