Victory was the result of Tuesday’s home tennis match for the Lady Indians against Andrean. The Girls hope to continue their success throughout the season.
“I think I did well, [but I feel] I could have done better,” Nicole Stanek (11) said.
This was the attitude of many girls on the team. It was a successful match, but as always, they felt that there was room for improvement.
“You can always improve your hitting and serves,” Navneet Kaur (9) said.
With their next match quickly approaching, some of the girls plan to make improvements like this in their game.
“I feel like me and Vanessa just need to be more prepared and get another win,” Stanek, who along with her partner Vanessa Olson (11) did not allow her opponents to score once in two matches, said.
The Girls plan to put these words into action when they face LaPorte at home on Thursday.
