The Swedish film, “Red Dot,” was written and directed by Alain Darborg. The main stars of the film are Nanna Blondell who plays Nadja, and Anastasiois Soulis who plays David. This film is dubbed over in English, so there’s no need to read subtitles. It first appeared on Netflix on Feb. 11, 2021.

The story is about a couple and their dog, Boris, going on a hiking trip to see the northern lights and to renew their spark. On their first night they are met with the famous red dot that follows them wherever they move. This unknown shooter is ruthless, leaving me to look away at some parts. This thriller is a perfect movie to watch that always has you on the edge of your seat. Although trying to guess the ending the whole 1 hour and 25 minutes of the movie, the plot changes all throughout, leaving you guessing even more.
