Serving the ball to the Andrean Players, Lauren Smith (12) jumps up to hit it over the net. As a senior, Smith was a leader on the team. “Andrean was our first game that was really exciting. Andrean had a big student section, so there was a lot of energy in the gym. Being able to play against that was really good for us,” Smith said.
In the small Andrean gymnasium, the girls varsity volleyball team took on Andrean in a Volleyball sweep on August 22. In one of their first games of the season, Andrean showed up in the student section, but Lake Central showed up on the court.
