With the holiday season quickly approaching, the Lake Central music department will hold the annual Holiday Concert on Dec. 9.
Eight different groups will perform at the concert. Out of those eight, Bells II, the highest bell choir, will perform three songs, “Wizards in Winter”, “Hark! The Herald Angels Sing” and “Good Christian Men Rejoice”.
“I’m looking forward to “Wizards in Winter” because it’s our hardest piece and has a lot of different techniques,” Rachel McCord (11) said.
The Holiday concert is the second out of four concerts. There are two performances, one at 2:30 and one at 6.
“I’m most excited about getting to show off our new techniques. I think this is gonna be an awesome concert,” Breanna Powers (10) said.
The tickets will be on sale at the door for $5. Doors open at 2 p.m. for the 2:30 performance and 5:30 p.m. for the performance at 6.
