The choirs and bell choirs performed their annual holiday concerts on Dec. 9 in the auditorium. The choirs performed holiday songs at both 2:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. performances.
“I feel we did really well. I can tell from [Ms. Sandy] Hobbs, [Fine Arts] that she was really happy while we were performing, even though the rehearsals were rough,” Kevin Kuhn (12) said.
The students felt the audience had an overall good experience.
“I think the audience felt involved with the familiar songs and even learned some of the new songs,” LeAnn Stutler (10) said.
Since students have been working on their pieces since October, they feel they improved since the fall concert in October.
“We made progress, not only as individuals, but as a whole as well. Overall, we did better at the holiday concerts than the fall concert,” Amanda Micheltree (9) said.
The next bell choir concert is on Feb. 20 in the LGI room. The next choir concert is the Classics Concert on March 12 in the auditorium.
