On Wednesday, Jan. 16 at 6:00 p.m., the girls JV basketball team played a home game against Lowell high school.
“It was a good game. Our teams are equal. We just did better. JV and varsity both stepped it up,” Jennifer Einterz (10) said.
The girls started off well ending the first period in the lead; however, throughout the game, Lowell did catch up. The game was tied by the third period, but the girls came out on top with a score of 31-27 by the end of the game.
“[Our season is going] pretty well. It’s going a lot better than I thought it would go. We’ve only lost two games so far, and we have four games left, so hopefully we’ll win all of them and maybe even make first in conference,” Einterz said.
