Students involved in Chess Club enjoy competing in chess tournaments against their peers.

“I’ve always enjoyed chess, and it was a chance to get together with people who had the same interest. We usually play one or two matches. Sometimes we play other games like Quoridor or Settlers of Catan,” Christopher Daniels (11) said.

The club meets in A116 with supervisor Dr. Dustin Verpooten, Science.

“We meet every Monday and they usually last between 2:15 to 3:30,” Daniels said.

Contact Dr. Verpooten, for any questions about future meetings.
