On Tuesday night, Aug. 27, the Lake Central JV volleyball team played an intense game against a huge rival. The Indians played at home against the Munster Mustangs. The Indians have been practicing for this season and they were very anxious to compete against their rivals.

“We played as a team and not as individuals and we really came together especially against a good team like Munster,” Jennifer Einterz (11) said.

The Indians dominated in their first two games; therefore, it was not necessary for them to play a third game. Their record now is 6-0, and they hope to continue this winning streak.

“My goals are to go undefeated this season again like last year,” Jacqueline Eader (10) said.

Tuesday, Sept. 3, the Indians will play Crown Point Bulldogs at Crown Point.
