On Saturday, March 18, the Lake Central Theatre Company performed “Into the Woods.” This play combined popular fairytales including Cinderella, Rapunzel and Jack and the Beanstalk. The doors opened at 6:30pm. The theatre company performed the musical on March 10, 11, 16, 17 and 18.

Singing on stage, Stephen Stranz (10) and Bayless Neth (10) perform as Spongebob Squarepats and Patrick Star. The performers have a friendship on and off stage which creates good chemistry when playing their roles. “Our strong bonds and commitment to having fun were the key to making Spongebob a show to remember,” Stranz said.

On stage, Brianna Rodrigez (12) and Ryan Falkner (12) share a special moment on stage as their characters express their love for eachother. Falkner and Rodrigez put their all into the show as they celebrated one of the last times sharing the stage together.
