On April 28, Student Council will be hosting its third annual Color Run. The event’s proceeds will be donated to Happy Tails, Riley Children’s Hospital and American Diabetes Association.

The Color Run is a 5k run that will take place around Lake Central High School’s campus on Saturday, April 28 at 10 a.m. with registration beginning at 9 a.m. As runners complete the course, they will be splashed and sprayed with colors and glitter. The race will be finished with a colorful slip-n-slide.

Participants can register on eventbrite by searching “Lake Central Color Run 2018.”  A runner’s registration includes entrance into the race, a white runner’s t-shirt and a runner’s bib. Be sure to click on “Additional Items (Optional)” at the bottom of the check out process to choose your t-shirt size. This will not charge you any additional costs.

Runners should report to Lake Central High School by 9 a.m. for registration with their ticket information ready. Run or Dye.
