At midnight on Feb. 12, Taylor Swift released a new version of her hit song “Love Story” that is now owned and produced by her. After having some of her music being sold without her permission, Swift is rewriting her previous albums to own them herself.

Listening to “Love Story (Taylor’s Version)” for the first time was really cool. I think the biggest difference for me was Taylor’s voice. Her vocal range has grown exponentially since the original version was released. In the video that Swift shared on her YouTube, she added pictures that she has taken with fans over the years and I thought that was really unique.

Overall, I really recommend listening to the new Love Story. I think it was really fun to see how Taylor Swift has grown over the years, and her voice as well.
