Billmeyer has understood the impact of team chemistry in relation to team performance, noting his favorite memory of soccer was their win against Chesterton, a result of their team synergy. “You obviously have to have good players, but you have to be able to know who you're playing for and who you are playing with in order to play as a team. We play as a family so chemistry means everything,” Billmeyer said.
