This year students had to make a new change in their schedule by adding an optional Student Plan Time (SPT) instead of a mandatory Student Resource Time (SRT).
“I feel like it gives us more time to learn. It is just like an SRT, and teachers help you in there if they can,” Christopher Niksich (12) said.
For students busy after school with jobs and activities, like sports and clubs, adding an SPT was not an option- it was a must-have.
“It would be to hard to stay after school and catch up on work because I can never stay after,” Niksich said.

For some students, adding an extra class to their schedule could be helpful in receiving more credits, but for others, the work load would be too much without an SPT.
