The Lake Central News is the online student newspaper of Lake Central High School in St. John, Indiana. The staff is responsible for covering the current news of our school and outside community. The staff is overseen by its own editors for writing, design and photography.

• Before the 1970s, community colleges in the United States were more commonly referred to as junior colleges, and that term is still used at some institutions.
