The Tribe slaughtered the Bremen Braves from Midloathian, Ill. by a score of 16-6 yesterday in their last contest of the regular season.
They will match up against the Lowell Red Devils at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, May 24 in Munster for the first game of Sectionals.
The Devils and Indians met twice last season. In their first meeting, James McNamara (‘12) struck out all 15 batters he faced.
The winner of Friday’s game will play the winner of Hammond Morton and Gary West Side on Monday, May 27, at 12:30 p.m.
The championship will be held in Munster on Monday at 7:30 p.m.
