Hi! I’m Lauren LaBelle and I’m this years Echo Editor-in-Chief. This is my third and last year in Lake Central Publications and I’m excited to create a yearbook that everyone can be apart and proud of!

Tilting the bag, Kennedy Graham (11) measures out the mozzarella into a measuring cup while her group members work on cleaning the dishes and cooking the beef. Their hard work won’t go unnoticed by the family that enjoys their meal.

Courtesy of their advisor, Mr. Joe Bafia (Economics), the Asian American Culture Club eats orange chicken and stir fried rice from Panda Express. Each member was able to get a plate of food, some were even able to get seconds.
